I need a simple, intuitive, web-based shift scheduling solution for a small police department. The tool should enable part-time officers to input their availability without altering other important details. Key council members should also have access to keep track of the schedule.
Requirements:
- Web interface: Should be easily accessible through a web platform.
- User roles & privileges: Different users should have varying access rights. For example, only part-time officers should be able to enter/edit their personal availability and council members should be able to view the schedule.
