The scope of work:
Create Form Assembly form prepopulated with prime contract information from Salesforce. The form is to be sent to prime contractors to enter subcontract data for their contracts.
Each prime contractor can have more than one contract.
Each prime contract can have more than one subcontract.
Data entered by prime contractors will be saved in Google spreadsheet or downloaded manually from Form Assembly in csv file
