Commercial Real Estate Project Manager For Start Up Investor

I will be purchasing commercial properties in NC and SC. I require a person with a significant level of experience from acquisitions (LOI), acceptance, due diligence to close. Experience in the syndication process is a must. The ability to observe and discern issues in the team concept ( as we are a new company ) is very important.
