AppSheet Data Collection for Agricultural R&D

We need to implement a nice app interface for data collection for field agricultural research.
The data model is built with google sheets and bigQuery but needs to be improved in a nicer interface.
I need someone who can build it fast, knowing the database foreign relationships and with vast knowledge on import ranges and data validation within Google Sheets. Ultimately, with this project, I must work in collaboration with you enabling me to learn how the setup is done for maintenance and updates in the future.
