• Chart must allow me to add or remove positions or entire departments on the fly.

• Each box needs a concise role description so that anyone reading the chart immediately understands responsibilities at every level - prefer this to have a flip UI, one side photo and designation and the flip side will have detailed roles and responsiblities.
