Transfer App Data to Presentation

I have text-based content sitting inside an event-management app and need it arranged neatly into a presentation—twice, one version for internal review and a second client-ready deck.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Log in to the event app, locate all relevant text entries (session titles, speaker bios, agendas, FAQs, etc.).
• Export or copy that material without breaking any formatting.
• Organise it into a clear, well-structured slide deck in PowerPoint or Google Slides—whichever you prefer—so that the story flows logically and the information is easy to skim.
• Apply simple, consistent styling: headings, bullet hierarchy, and a colour scheme drawn from the event brand assets I’ll share. No graphic design overhaul, just clean, professional readability.
• Deliver two final files: an editable master deck for my team and a polished version we can send straight to the client.

If you’ve handled CRM or project-tool data pulls before and know your way around PowerPoint shortcuts, this will be straightforward. Accuracy matters more than speed, so double-check that every text snippet carries over intact.
