Overview
I am looking to engage a high-quality presentation / pitch deck designer on a retainer basis.
The role involves converting raw thoughts, concepts, and structured ideas into clear, executive-ready pitch decks for senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.
This is not a templated PPT role.
This is a thinking + structuring + visual storytelling assignment.
Scope of Work
Core Responsibilities
Convert founder-provided inputs (ideas, outlines, notes, or discussions) into:
Pitch decks
Client proposals
Product and solution narratives
Strategy and framework decks
Structure content logically with:
Clear story flow
Executive-level clarity
Strong opening and closing slides
Design clean, professional, enterprise-grade slides
Iterate rapidly based on feedback
Maintain consistency across all decks created during the engagement
Expected Deliverables
Creation of complete pitch decks and standalone slides as required
Occasional single-slide deep dives (frameworks, diagrams, blueprints)
Final delivery in:
PowerPoint or Google Slides
Fully editable source files
Design & Quality Expectations
Enterprise / consulting-grade design
Minimalist, clean, and structured
Strong typography, spacing, and hierarchy
No over-designed or flashy visuals
Think strategy consulting / SaaS leadership decks, not marketing brochures
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience in building strategy, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise decks
Strong understanding of:
Storyboarding
Slide logic
Executive communication
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
Ability to work with abstract inputs and bring clarity
Fast turnaround and strong responsiveness
Nice to Have
Experience with AI, analytics, SaaS, or consulting presentations
Ability to challenge structure and suggest better slide flows
Comfort working directly with a founder or senior leader
Engagement & Commercials
Monthly retainer (long-term preferred)
Scope to be mutually agreed and flexed as needed
Compensation to be discussed based on experience and quality of work
