Real Estate Deck Template Recreation

I have a reference slide deck from another developer that I want to use purely as a visual template for my own real-estate project. Your task is to recreate that look and feel—keeping the same layout hierarchy, section breaks, and overall design logic—but build it fresh in Google Slides so I can jump in, add content, and leave comments as we go.
Scope
• Rebuild the template into 20 slides in Google Slides.
• Match the original deck’s page structure and visual layout; fonts, colour palette, and fancy animations don’t need to be copied.
• Drop in placeholders for all new material: text blocks, image frames, and data-driven chart/table spots. I’ll supply the actual content afterwards.
I work quickly and prefer an iterative approach: you share the link, I comment, you adjust. Please be comfortable tracking changes inside Google Slides and billing by the hour. A fast first draft will be appreciated so we can fine-tune together.
