I am preparing a high-stakes educational presentation for our Islamic schooling system based in Karachi, Pakistan, which will be presented directly to the board and senior administrators.
This presentation is critical, as it will influence key funding and policy decisions. We are looking for a designer who can transform our content into a clear, persuasive, and visually refined presentation that reflects both academic excellence and Islamic identity.
The deck must:
Highlight our proudest success stories
Clearly present our future plans and strategic goals
Communicate our vision of holistic character building rooted in Islamic values
Strong visual polish, narrative flow, and cultural sensitivity are essential.
Design Direction (Very Important):
Islamic theme (modern, elegant — not heavy or overly traditional)
Light color palette (mandatory):
White / off-white base
Soft gold / light green accents
Elegant Mehrab (mosque arch) inspired borders
Subtle Islamic geometric patterns
Very light mosque silhouette (background level only)
Deliverables:
Fully editable slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
Cohesive visual theme aligned with school branding and logo
Professionally designed slides for:
Success stories
Future plans & goals
Vision & character building (Islamic perspective)
Step-by-step animated slides (content appears one by one)
Speaker notes for each slide (clear and structured for presentation)
Print-ready PDF version for distribution
Acceptance Criteria:
Structured for a 15–20 minute board-level presentation
Strong storytelling and logical flow
Clean, consistent typography and icon usage
High-end, professional design quality (not basic slides)
All images/icons must be properly licensed for institutional use
Final files delivered within agreed timeline
