Client Proposal Deck Revision

Job ID: 40261972

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have an existing business-presentation deck that I use when pitching proposals to clients. The content itself is solid, but the structure and flow feel disjointed, so the story I’m trying to tell doesn’t land as cleanly as it should. I’ll share the current file (PowerPoint or Google Slides—your choice) along with a brief on the client, project goals, and any time constraints.

Your task is to rethink the order of slides, tighten up transitions, and ensure each section builds logically toward the ask at the end. If you spot minor visual tweaks that naturally support a smoother narrative, feel free to apply them, but the primary focus remains on sequencing and cohesion rather than redesigning every graphic.

Deliverables:
• Revised slide deck returned in the same format
• A short outline or slide notes explaining the new structure so I can justify each change internally

Acceptance criteria:
• Clear, logical progression from problem to solution to next steps
• No orphaned data points or duplicated ideas
• Final file ready for client-facing use without additional edits from my side

I’m ready to move quickly once we align on approach, and I welcome your suggestions for best practices in persuasive client proposals.
