peka jaya interior
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I want to deepen my skills in interior design, but I’m interested only in one area for now: mastering space planning for a living room. I need a patient mentor who can walk me through professional-level techniques for arranging furniture, defining circulation paths, and balancing focal points so a room feels welcoming and functional.
Here’s how I picture our sessions working:
• We start with the fundamentals of zoning a living room, then progress to choosing the best layout for different room shapes.
• You show me practical workflows—paper sketches are fine, but I’d like to see how it’s done in tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or even free software like Floorplanner.
• Each lesson ends with a small assignment (e.g., redesign my own living room plan) so I can apply new concepts and you can give feedback.
I’m available evenings (GMT+7) and prefer live, screen-shared lessons via Zoom or Google Meet. Please let me know how many hours you think I’ll need to reach a confident beginner level and what preparation or reference materials you recommend.
