I am a DIY homeowner in India. I want to build a semi-modular kitchen myself with my wife. I need an expert who can guide me end-to-end via video call.
Scope of Work:
1. Video Call Session 1 - Measurement Guidance:
You will join me on a Google Meet/Zoom call. You will guide me step-by-step on how to take 100% accurate site measurements for my kitchen and bed, almira and upper boxes. I will measure in real-time in front of you. We will record this session for my reference. You must tell me all tools needed beforehand.
2. Design Discussion:
Based on measurements, you will help me finalize the layout - base units, wall cabinets, appliance positions, electrical points. I will share my requirements and reference images.
3. Final Deliverables - You will provide:
a) 3D Model: SketchUp or similar 3D model of final kitchen for visualization
b) 2D Shop Drawings: Each cabinet elevation with dimensions
c) Complete Cutting List: Excel/PDF or whaterver flex printing supporta with every single panel size - Length x Width x Thickness x Qty x Edge banding sides
d) 1:1 Nesting Layouts: Print-ready PDF/DXF files for 8ft x 4ft sheets. Optimized for minimum waste. This is like a dress pattern - I will get it printed 1:1, paste on plywood, and cut.
e) Hardware List: Exact list of hinges, channels, handles, baskets with size and qty
e) Video Call Session 2 - Doubt Clearing: 30 min call after I receive files to clear any doubts before I start cutting.
Technical Requirements:
1. You must use professional software like SketchUp + OpenCutList, Polyboard, Cabinet Vision, Mozaik, or similar.
2. All dimensions in MILLIMETERS.
3. Account for 3mm blade kerf, 0.8mm laminate thickness, 18mm BWP plywood.
4. Mark all hardware locations - 35mm hinge cup, drawer channels, etc on the 1:1 layout.
What I Will Provide You:
1. Photos and rough sketch of empty kitchen area
2. My requirement list: how many drawers, what appliances, preferred heights
3. I will arrange measuring tape, laser measure if needed, spirit level as per your guidance.
Budget: ₹4000 - ₹6000 for complete kitchechen, partion, bed, almira and upper boxes This is for complete guidance + all files.

Timeline: Video call within 2 days of hiring. Final files within 5 days after measurement call.
