Urgent Two-Story SketchUp Model

I will send you the JPG architectural plans for a compact two-storey family house (interior and exterior) and I need a precise SketchUp model built from the ground up. Every wall, opening, and structural detail in those drawings has to be reflected in the file, and the model must stay clean—proper groups, layers/tags, and naming conventions so I can navigate and edit it later without hunting for geometry.
Interior work is not just a shell: I want fully detailed finishes and materials applied to floors, walls, ceilings, built-ins, furniture, and fixtures exactly as shown (or clearly equivalent where textures are implied in the drawings). Accuracy in dimensions is critical because this model will move straight into design development and client visualization.
Outside, include only a basic terrain slab that follows the contours indicated on the site plan—no elaborate landscaping, just enough to ground the house correctly.
