Urgent SketchUp Render Finalization

I already have the SketchUp model and draft renders ready to go; I now need someone who can jump in right away, spend the next 2–3 hours tightening everything up, and hand back polished visuals.

Here is what still needs attention: the six perspective views require better lighting balance, cleaner textures, and refined camera angles, while the single elevation needs a few extra façade details plus updated materials so everything feels consistent with the perspectives. If you are confident working fast inside SketchUp and can begin the moment the project is awarded, this is for you.

Deliverables
• 6 high-resolution rendered perspectives with lighting, texture, and camera tweaks applied
• 1 updated elevation reflecting the added details and material changes
• The edited SketchUp file (so I can trace every change)
