Urgent SketchUp Exterior Model needed with contour

I need a fast-turnaround SketchUp model that shows the exterior of a residential building sitting accurately on its site contours. The scope is limited to the outside only, so I’m looking for clean massing, correct roof geometry, window and door openings, and a sensible stack of basic materials—no interior work and no hyper-real textures.

You will receive 2D plans, elevations, and a PDF with spot heights; use these to build the terrain and place the house so the finished .skp file reads clearly from every elevation. A simple north-point and scale reference should be included so I can drop the model straight into Layout for markup.

Acceptance criteria:
• .skp file opens in SketchUp 2022 or earlier
• Site contours modeled within ±100 mm of provided spot heights
• Exterior shell, roof, and openings match drawings to within 50 mm
• All faces correctly oriented and grouped for easy editing
• Basic materials applied to walls, roof, glazing, and ground plane
