Two-Level Floor Plan SketchUp

I have a 2,000 sq ft plot and need clean floor-plan drawings for both ground and first floors. All dimensions and site photos are ready; I simply need them translated into SketchUp Pro so I can visualise the basic room layout later on.
Scope
• Basic layout only — no interior design work or furniture placement.
• Both levels must carry clear room labels, annotations, and accurate measurements so I can verify sizes at a glance.
File requirements
• Please work natively in SketchUp Pro and deliver a single .skp file with each floor on its own layer or tagged scene for easy toggling.
• Keep geometry tidy and to scale; walls, openings, and stair locations should match the dimensions I supply exactly.
Once I share the reference material, I expect a first draft within a couple of days so we can catch any dimensional issues early, followed by a final polished file.
