Traditional Kitchen Remodel & Expansion
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to give my kitchen a complete traditional-style makeover and need a designer who can translate my ideas into build-ready drawings and convincing visuals. The plan starts by taking out two existing half walls to open the room, then running new, ceiling-height cabinets all the way up for a seamless, built-in look. I also want the pantry pushed out and tied into the new cabinetry line so it feels like a natural extension rather than an add-on.
Key style choices are already set: classic, traditional detailing on the doors and trim, a matte finish on every visible cabinet surface, and durable quartz countertops throughout. Lighting, hardware, crown moulding, and panel ends should all reinforce that timeless feel.
Deliverables
• Demo and new-construction floor plan showing the half-wall removals
• Fully dimensioned cabinet elevations, including stacked uppers to reach the ceiling and the widened pantry unit
• Countertop layout with quartz seam strategy and edge profile call-outs
• At least three photorealistic 3D renders (overall view, cook zone, pantry wall) for client sign-off
• Material, appliance, and hardware schedule in an editable format (CAD or SketchUp preferred)
Acceptance criteria: all drawings in US Imperial measurements, layers clean and labeled, and renders accurately depicting a matte finish and quartz sheen. First concept within seven days; final package within two weeks once feedback is incorporated.
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar expertise will make collaboration smoother, but I’m flexible as long as the files are editable and well-organized. If this scope matches your skill set, let’s bring this traditional kitchen vision to life.
