Traditional Italian Home Sketch based upon existing photos to be pieced together
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m putting together the concept package for a two-storey residence and would like a clean, hand-rendered or digital sketch that convincingly reflects the images that i will share. something that would sit comfortably in a Tuscan village.
Functional brief
We are building a 2 story home with a living room that is attached by a doorway but has its own roofline. We are wanting a picture of the front of the house with the side of the house shown as well as the side of a detached garage with an apartment upstairs. I will show photos of the specifics that we are wanting from the rooflines, to the window sizes to the balconies to the facia under the roof, to the stone work etc
Key points I need captured:
• Overall massing and proportions for the house and garage.
• Ground- and second-floor plan sketches to scale
• Front, rear and at least one side elevation showing material call-outs.
• A quick roof plan so the pitch and tile direction are unambiguous.
Preferred tools are a clear freehand sketch scanned at high resolution—whatever you work fastest in, as long as the output is readable and dimensioned.
I’ll review the first draft for layout and style, then three rounds of revisions should get us to a final PDF set
