Traditional Interior & Layout Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m ready to move from loose ideas to a fully realised plan for my home and I need a designer who lives and breathes traditional style. The brief is straightforward: create a cohesive layout and full interior concept for the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms, wrapped in calm neutral tones.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A practical space plan that respects the existing walls yet improves flow and sight-lines between rooms.
• Mood boards that capture a timeless, traditional feel—think elegant millwork, classic profiles and quality finishes—while staying within a neutral palette.
• Furniture, lighting and décor selections sourced from readily available suppliers (custom pieces are fine if clearly specified).
• Detailed drawings or 3D visuals so I can see exactly how everything will sit together.
• A concise materials and paint schedule so contractors can quote and build without guesswork.
I’ll provide current floor measurements, photos and any inspiration images I’ve gathered. Please tell me which software you’ll use (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.) and share a couple of projects that reflect your traditional design experience.
My goal is to feel confident handing your package straight to the builder, so clarity and accuracy are essential. If you can bring traditional charm to life in a neutral palette, let’s talk.
