I’m ready to give my living room and main bedroom a warm, inviting makeover in a classic, timeless style. I lean toward traditional finishes—rich woods, balanced proportions, and upholstery that feels both elegant and comfortable—so I need a designer who can translate that aesthetic into two cohesive spaces.

The living room is primarily for family relaxation, so every choice has to pass the “curl-up-with-a-movie” test while still looking polished enough for occasional guests. The bedroom should echo the same traditional feel but remain calm and restorative.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Concept boards (colors, textures, key furniture pieces) for each room
• Scaled floor plans with clear traffic flow (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)
• A detailed shopping list that fits the overall concept and my mid-range furnishings budget
• Paint and fabric specifications, plus lighting recommendations that tie both rooms together
• One revision round after initial presentation to fine-tune details
