Traditional Home Concept Blueprint
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m planning a small, traditionally styled home and need an architect to turn my ideas into a clear, build-ready foundation. Because this is an early-stage project, I only need a basic blueprint that captures the core layout.
Scope
• Style: unmistakably Traditional—pitched rooflines, balanced façade, classic proportions.
• Size: 1–3 rooms in total.
• Must-have spaces:
– Combined living room & kitchen
– At least one bedroom
– One bathroom
Deliverables
1. Simple floor plan (PDF + source file in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or comparable format).
2. Basic frontage elevation illustrating the traditional look.
3. One round of minor edits after I review the draft.
I’ll handle permitting and detailed engineering later; for now, I need a clear, well-scaled concept I can discuss with my builder. If you have experience working on compact traditional homes, I’d love to see a sample of your previous blueprints or concept sketches when you bid.
