Textured Exterior Renderings

I’m ready to showcase my new construction project and need a set of renderings that instantly convey the look and feel of the finished build. The focus is on exterior views and the surrounding landscaping, rendered as detailed models with realistic textures so clients can appreciate materials, colours, and overall curb appeal before ground is even broken.

Here’s the scope in a nutshell
• Model the building exterior from my architectural plans (DWG/PDF) and apply accurate textures for walls, glazing, roof, and key finishes.
• Output several high-resolution still images from agreed perspectives (front, side, aerial, dusk shot, etc.)

Preferred tools are SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar—use whatever you’re fastest with, as long as the textures hold up in 4K stills. Lighting can stay straightforward; photorealistic ray-tracing isn’t required, but the textures should read clearly and surfaces must look authentic.
