Sports Fan-Zone Event Design

I’m staging a high-energy sports-themed fan zone festival and need a creative mind to shape both the physical environment and the entertainment that fills it. Think stadium fever meets street festival: giant screens, sponsor activations, skill-shot games, DJs, and crowd-pleasing MC segments—all flowing smoothly through a well-planned layout.

The brief
• Event layout and design: translate my rough venue map into professional SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Illustrator visuals that show entrances, seating clusters, food trucks, VIP decks, power drops, and emergency egress.
• Entertainment and activities: craft a run-of-show packed with interactive games and live acts, including technical riders and timing so production can execute without guesswork.

Acceptance criteria
• Scaled floor plan or 3-D render highlighting branding zones, décor, and traffic flow
• Detailed entertainment schedule with equipment specs and staffing notes
• Vendor & staffing matrix linking each area to power, lighting, and safety requirements
• Final handover pack ready for production and safety teams

I can supply venue dimensions, branding guidelines, and preferred suppliers the moment we start. Initial concept is due within one week of hire; the polished pack two weeks later so we can roll straight into build.
