SketchUp Retail Outlet Design

The space is a compact 340 sq ft retail outlet and I already have a rough top-view sketch ready to share. What I need now is a full 2D layout and photorealistic 3D visuals produced in SketchUp or Coohom that translate my sketch into a modern, bright and inviting store.

Key design notes
• Theme: clean-lined modern styling
• Colour direction: bright, lively tones rather than neutrals or darks
• Must-include elements: display shelves, a single checkout counter and thoughtfully placed lighting fixtures that both illuminate merchandise and enhance ambience.

Once I hand over the sketch, I’ll look for a quick turnaround—final files in two days—with room for up to three small revisions if tweaks are needed.

Deliverables I’ll be checking against:
1. Dimensioned 2D floor plan (PDF + editable file)
2. High-resolution 3D renders from at least two angles
3. Native SketchUp (.skp) or Coohom file so I can adjust later if required

If the layout feels spacious, the colour palette pops and the lighting plan looks practical in the renders, we’re done. Otherwise, those two or three revisions will tidy things up. Looking forward to seeing the concept come to life fast.
