SketchUp Plans to Construction Drawings

I have a fully modelled residential home in SketchUp and now need a complete construction drawing set that a structural engineer can pick up without further re-work. The scope covers the entire house, inside and out, at a level of detail suitable for permit submission and on-site construction.

The SketchUp file will be shared as the design reference. From it, please generate a coordinated drawing package in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF that includes:

• Fully dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections and roof/foundation plans
• Wall, window, door and finish schedules
• Key construction details and notes called out to current local residential code
• Title block, legends and sheet indexing consistent across the set

Every drawing must align exactly with the geometry, room names and levels already established in the SketchUp model. Line weights, hatching and annotation styles should be clean and professional so the structural engineer can layer in their information without editing the base files.

Deliverables will be considered complete once the drawing set prints to scale (24"×36") and cross-checks accurately against the SketchUp model in three random spot-measurements.
