SketchUp 2-D Plan Draft

I have a single floor-plan image (JPEG/PNG) that first needs to be traced and then rebuilt in SketchUp as a true 1 : 1 scale 2-D model. Every wall, door swing, window, and annotation must match the drawing exactly—no alterations or design tweaks, just a faithful reproduction.

The plan also shows loose furniture and joinery; please block those in at their correct sizes with medium-level detail so the file remains light while still looking recognisable. Once complete, send back the native *.skp file saved in the current public release of SketchUp.
