3D SketchUp Model of Steel Classroom

Hello,

I want to have a 3d model made of a building in SketchUp using drawings I have in PDF format.
The building is a single level, 24' x 36', 2 part, Relocatable Classroom, using structural steel throughout. The drawing package shows 2 different variants, disregard sheets 6 & 7 (no washroom) and use instead sheets 4 & 5 (with washroom).

Milestone payments will be in three equal parts as noted below, and will be paid after each 1/3 of completion. The model will show as separate tags, the following items:

Foundation Piers (use pier type A, 8"x24"x24" with 2pcs 8"x8"x16" CMU above, capped with 2x6 sill plate), Floor perimeter I beams, Floor joists, Floor insulation, Floor cover Viroc, Floor carpet, Wall studs, Wall track, Wall insulation, Wall cover external,

First Milestone payment

Wall cover internal, Windows, Doors, Drop ceiling grid, Drop ceiling tiles, Drop ceiling lighting,
Drop ceiling air vents, Roof girder truss, Roof joists, Roof joist edge,

Second Milestone payment

Roof Insulation, Roof steel decking, Roof DensDeck, Roof EPDM cover, Washroom walls, Washroom toilet, Washroom sink, Air handler & ducting, Any other minor items I've missed can be in a single tag.

Third and final Milestone payment

I can view SketchUp models, understand drawings etc., but I'm just too slow with CAD.
