SketchUp Model From 2D Plans

I have a full set of 2-D architectural drawings for a single-family house and I need them translated into a clean, well-organized SketchUp file. The scope is limited to the basic structure—walls, floors, roof, windows, and doors—so no interior fixtures or furniture are required.

I can supply several reference textures (brick, cladding, roofing) but I’m happy for you to mix these with SketchUp’s standard materials wherever it makes workflow sense. Precision in dimensions and clean layer / tag organization are more important to me than hyper-realistic rendering.

You’ll receive:
• PDF floor plans, sections, and elevations
• A short list of my preferred textures

Deliverable:
• An editable .skp file that opens in the current public release, showing the full shell of the house with correct floor heights, roof pitch, and openings, plus applied materials where specified.

Once I confirm the model matches the drawings, the project is complete.
