SketchUp + LayOut Specialist Needed – Templates & Workflow (Budget $3–5K)

We’re looking for an experienced freelancer with strong SketchUp AND LayOut expertise to help us build a reusable, sales-friendly workflow for customer-facing facility visuals.

Experience with both SketchUp and LayOut is required.
This is not a render-only project.

About the Project:
We are building a SketchUp + LayOut–based tool that allows our sales team to create professional, branded facility visuals within one day.

This project is focused on:
• Reusable templates
• Workflow efficiency
• Consistent, polished output
It is not for cinematic marketing renders or one-off images.

Scope of Work:
Deliverable 1 – SketchUp Rendering & Environment Templates
• Improve visual quality of existing SketchUp models
• Create branded SketchUp environment templates
• Required views:
o Top-down floor plan
o Isometric 3D view
• Focus on realism, clarity, and consistency

Deliverable 2 – LayOut Templates & Workflow
• Build branded LayOut template(s)
• Reference SketchUp models correctly
• Minimize manual formatting for sales
• Semi-automated or automated legends, views, and basic BOM formatting
Light internal documentation is a nice-to-have, not a primary deliverable.

Required Experience (Please Read Carefully):
• Proven experience using SketchUp and LayOut together
• Experience creating LayOut templates and referenced workflows
• Comfortable building repeatable systems (not just individual renders)
• AEC / architectural / industrial visualization background preferred

Timeline & Budget:
• Budget: $3–5K (fixed price)
• Ideal timeline: Feb 9–13
