SketchUp Interior Walkthrough Video

I have a finished SketchUp model of a house and now I need a smooth, architect-grade interior walkthrough that focuses exclusively on the living room. The goal is clear: an architectural-visualization style video that helps viewers immediately understand space, proportions and material choices in that one key area.

What I will hand over:
• The .skp file with textures already applied
• A short reference clip showing the camera path and mood I like

What I need back:
• A polished MP4 (minimum 1080p) of roughly 30–60 seconds, paced naturally so every corner of the living room is visible
• Optional stills if they help tell the story (not mandatory)
• The updated SketchUp file with any scene/camera settings you create

Please rely on native SketchUp scenes, proper lighting and, if you prefer, V-Ray or Enscape for rendering—whatever gives a crisp, realistic result without distracting post-effects. I’m aiming for clean transitions, no jerky camera moves, and lighting that feels true to a daylight setting.
