SketchUp Industrial 3D Model

I need an accurate, well-organized SketchUp model of an industrial site. You will work directly from my full set of architectural drawings, translating them into a clean 3D file that shows every building and structural element on the plot, plus the surrounding landscape—roads, paths, planting beds, graded terrain and hardscape. Interior machinery or fine mechanical detail is not required at this stage.

The level of detail should sit comfortably between schematic and photo-real: true dimensions, correct openings and façade articulation, recognizable roof profiles and a believable ground plane, yet light enough to orbit smoothly on a standard workstation. Please group geometry, use components where logical, tag layers clearly, and apply simple placeholder materials so finishes can be swapped later.

Deliverables
• Editable SketchUp (.skp) file saved to 2021 or earlier
• 4–6 high-resolution still images from key viewpoints for review
