SketchUp Home Layout Model

I need a clean SketchUp file that captures the basic architectural layout of my house—just walls, rooms, doors, and windows. No furniture, textures, or elaborate lighting; this is strictly a structural reference model. I already have accurate floor plans in PDF that I’ll supply the moment we begin, so you can trace or import them to keep dimensions precise.

Please build the model to real-world scale, group each room logically, and use layers or tags so I can toggle floors and elements later on. When it’s done, send back the native .skp plus a quick viewport screenshot so I can preview before marking the job complete. If you have any questions about measurements or wall heights, let me know early and I’ll clarify. Looking forward to seeing my home take shape in 3D.
