SketchUp Furnished Floor Plan Model

I have a 2-D floor plan that I now need turned into a clean SketchUp file showing its volumes, walls, doors, and windows plus a full set of modern-style furnishings and built-in fixtures. I will share some reference photos so you can match the overall mood and basic shapes; feel free to suggest comparable items already available in the 3D Warehouse when that speeds things up.

The model does not need photorealistic textures, but it must be properly grouped, layered, and to scale so I can continue editing after delivery. Please keep the polygon count reasonable—this is for space-planning and quick client walkthroughs, not final rendering.

Deliverables
• Native .skp file saved in SketchUp 2020 or earlier
• One exported .dwg or .dae for backup
• A few saved scenes that show the main areas from eye-level

Once the file opens smoothly on my end and all the furniture and fixtures appear as discussed in the references, I’ll release final approval.
