Modification of Elevation Drawing (.SKP – SketchUp)

Project Description

I have an existing building elevation design created in SketchUp (.skp file). I need an experienced SketchUp designer/architect to make a few modifications to the design based on my requirements.

The goal is to refine and improve the current elevation while maintaining a realistic and visually appealing look.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be required to:

Open and work with the provided .skp (SketchUp) file
Modify specific elements of the elevation (details will be shared after discussion), which may include:
Changes to façade design / patterns
Adjustments to colors, textures, or materials
Adding/removing architectural elements (panels, frames, etc.)
Minor structural alignment corrections if needed
Ensure the final design looks realistic and well-proportioned
Provide updated .skp file along with rendered images (JPEG/PNG)
Deliverables
Updated SketchUp (.skp) file
High-quality rendered elevation images (2–4 views)
Optional: Short walkthrough or scene setup (if applicable)
Requirements
Strong experience in SketchUp
Knowledge of architectural elevation design
Ability to deliver realistic renders (using V-Ray, Enscape, or similar is a plus)
Good communication and willingness to iterate based on feedback
Timeline
Expected completion: 1–2 days (flexible based on scope)
Additional Notes
I will share the .skp file and exact modification details after initial discussion
Please include samples of similar elevation or SketchUp work in your proposal
Preference for freelancers who can suggest design improvements, not just execute changes
Budget
Open to proposals (fixed price or hourly)
