SketchUp Designer for DIY Building Plans

I’m building an online store for DIY building plans and am looking for a skilled SketchUp designer to help me create professional, easy-to-follow plans for customers.

The first project will be to design a 12ft x 20ft deck in SketchUp. The deliverables should include:

- A detailed SketchUp model of the deck (structural elements, dimensions, etc.)
- Step-by-step building instructions (can be exported as images from SketchUp or arranged in a PDF)
- A complete materials list with dimensions and quantities (lumber, fasteners, etc.)

I already have a 12ft x 12ft deck SketchUp file you can use as a starting point or reference for style and structure.

Requirements:

Strong SketchUp skills with experience designing outdoor structures (decks, pergolas, sheds, etc.)

Ability to create clean, clear designs suitable for beginner to intermediate DIYers

Familiarity with North American lumber sizes and building practices

Bonus: Experience creating instruction manuals or working with Canva/Illustrator for layout

This is the first of several projects (future plans will include saunas, pergolas, small cabins, etc.), so there’s potential for ongoing work.
