SketchUp 3D Country House Renders
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
The project is a two-storey, 400 m² country house that I have sketched out and now need fully built in SketchUp, complete with detailed interiors and exteriors. I want a clean, modern aesthetic throughout, and the garden should feature a patio area and a small vegetable plot that blends naturally with the landscape.
You will develop the full 3D model , add realistic materials, lighting, and furnishings, and then produce still renderings that show key interior rooms as well as several exterior perspectives. I work primarily in SketchUp Pro, so the final .skp file—fully organised by layers and scenes—must be part of the hand-off.
Key points you should know
• Scale: 400 m², 2 floors
• Style: Modern, both inside and out
• Exterior details to include: patio area + vegetable garden (no pool)
• Deadline: end of day Wednesday, 4 February (my local time)
Deliverables
1. Native SketchUp (.skp) file with groups/components properly named and a clean layer structure , I will need to develop TWIN MOTION project based on the SKETCHUP FILE.
Acceptance criteria
• Geometry is accurate to the dimensions I provide and free of stray lines or unused layers.
• Materials, lighting, and entourage match a contemporary style; reflect realistic daylight and night scenes.
• Files open without missing textures or plugins on SketchUp 2021.
I would prefer Enscape for rendering —just make sure the source renderer file is included so I can tweak later if needed.
Everything must be uploaded before the stated deadline to allow a quick review round.
