SketchUp Blueprint Room 3D Mockups
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
I have architectural blueprints for a living room, bedroom, and kitchen, and I need each space rebuilt in SketchUp so I can visualise proportions and circulation before we move on to interior styling. For now I only require the core structure and layout—walls, windows, doors, ceiling heights, and any built-ins that show on the plans. I will supply a short list of surface finishes (flooring, wall treatments, countertop material, etc.) so you can apply the correct textures while you model.
Clear, timely communication in English is essential because some room dimensions and notes on the drawings are specific, and I may ask you to confirm details before you proceed. Creativity also matters: certain blueprint symbols don’t spell out every recess or soffit, so I’ll rely on your experience to interpret them accurately.
Deliverables I expect:
• One organized, layered .skp file per room
• Multiple exported perspective images per room (standard SketchUp viewport is fine)
No need for photorealistic rendering or décor at this stage—just a clean, accurate structural mock-up we can build upon later. If you’re comfortable with this level of detail and can get started right away, let’s discuss timelines and any reference material you need from me.
