SketchUp Bathroom Models with Dimensions
Budget: $10 – $100 AUD
I’m handing over four hand-sketched bathroom layouts—each showing vanity dimensions, toilet placement, tapware notes, tile schedules, and my overall space planning intent—and I need them converted into clear, client-ready SketchUp models by Monday evening.
Here’s what will make this job a success: every model should carry the level of detail a client presentation deserves: the vanity rendered in a modern, minimalistic style, full sanitary fixtures and fittings in place (not just placeholders), and accurate dimensions called out throughout. For the tile selections, use colour-coding on the surfaces so finishes read instantly without heavy texture maps. No extra decorative styling; just clean, professional geometry that mirrors my sketches precisely.
Deliverables
• Four separate .skp files—one per bathroom
• Dimensions embedded in each model (plans + key elevations)
• A basic top view and one isometric or perspective scene saved in every file so a client can orbit and screenshot immediately
You’ll need solid SketchUp fluency, an eye for real-world bathroom detailing, and the discipline to stick to the measurements I provide. If you’re confident you can hit the detail level and the Monday deadline, I’m ready to share the sketches and specifications right away.
