Single-Story House Architectural Design & Modeling

I am looking for a skilled Architectural Designer to create a complete 2D floor plan and a realistic 3D exterior model for a modern single-story residential house (approximately 1,200 sq. ft.). The project includes architectural floor plans, front and side elevations, one building section, and four high-quality exterior renderings. The design should feature a modern façade, efficient space planning, and construction-ready CAD drawings. Final deliverables must include editable source files (DWG/SketchUp), PDF drawings, and rendered images. Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar architectural software is preferred. The project budget is $25 USD, and the expected completion time is 1 days.
