Self-Sustaining Farm Layout Mysore
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I have a 2 acre farm land outside Mysore that I want to turn into a fully self-sustaining family farm. What I need from you is a comprehensive farm layout—showing how the land should be zoned, accessed, and serviced so we can move straight into ground works with confidence. A farm house also needs to be setup. This is all required in a less budget.
The plan must explain circulation for people, produce, tools and small vehicles, map out utility corridors, and indicate where renewable-energy and water-harvesting features could sit. I will provide the exact site shape, topographic information, soil reports and any setback regulations the moment we start so you can base every dimension on real numbers.
Please deliver:
• A scaled master plan (PDF + source file in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or equivalent)
• A brief design report that walks me through the logic of your layout, the projected self-sufficiency flow (food, water, waste), and an outline of next-phase construction priorities.
Accuracy, clarity and build-ready detail are more valuable to me than photo-real renders; readability and practical phasing notes will be the key acceptance criteria.
Once the plan is reviewed and approved, I need help to get it implemented in cost effective manner. I will get all the required materials, you need to get the required skilled person and get the plan implemented.
