Revamp Guest Room Interior for a Hotel Project

Scope of Work – Guest Room Interior Design Update
I already have an existing guest room design and require a freelancer to refine the design based on specific inputs. The freelancer will be responsible for the following:
Updating the existing guest room layout based on revised planning and furniture placement requirements
Preparing updated Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) with revised lighting layouts and ceiling details
Revising the Electrical Layout including switchboards, sockets, lighting points, and fixture coordination
Creating a concise Mood Board with reference images, textures, materials, and neutral color palettes
Developing detailed Wall Elevations reflecting updated finishes, paneling, furniture, and décor elements
Preparing Detailed Sectional Drawings for furniture, joinery, and key interior elements required for execution
Providing Material Detailing including specifications for laminates, fabrics, tiles, stone, paint finishes, and other materials
Creating updated 3D Drawings / Visualizations of the guest room design
Additionally, the freelancer should provide:
An updated SketchUp model incorporating revised furniture layouts, lighting positions, and finishes
Revised AutoCAD drawings aligned with the final design and 3D model
A concise material and furniture specification list with model references, brand names, or procurement links wherever applicable
Key Expectations
All drawings, models, and specifications should be fully coordinated and execution-ready
The updated design should maintain consistency with the overall project aesthetic while incorporating the requested revisions
Deliverables should be clear, practical, and suitable for smooth on-site execution and procurement
