Instead of tearing everything down and triggering a full “new build” permit, I want to reposition or extend the existing structure intelligently. The target areas are the entry/lobby, kitchen-dining zones, and storage-utility sections, leaving as much of the core footprint intact as possible.

What I need now is a combined feasibility and drafting service:
