Residential SketchUp 3D Renders

I need photorealistic 3D views for typical residential spaces—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—using SketchUp paired with Enscape or V-Ray. I will supply the AutoCAD floor plan, elevations, and a brief reference pack for materials and mood; your task is to translate that information into two or three high-quality still renders per room that I can present directly to clients.

• The usual turnaround time once you receive my CAD and reference files

If the first project meets my quality and timing expectations, I would like to keep collaborating on future homes we design, so consistent file organisation and clean SketchUp models are important. I review portfolios this week and plan to assign the first set of rooms immediately after.
