Residential Interior SketchUp Modeling

Job ID: 40414216

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I have a residential interior project that needs to come to life in SketchUp. The scope covers the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, and I’d like a clean, well-organized .skp file that I can keep refining with finishes, furniture swaps and lighting tweaks.

You will receive my floor plan, room measurements, mood-board images and a short list of furniture pieces I’m set on. From there I’m counting on you to:

• Build accurate 3D geometry for each room, respecting wall heights, window and door openings, and ceiling details.
• Populate the model with furniture, fixtures and lighting that match the references (or close, proxy components are fine as long as scale and style feel right).
• Group and tag everything logically so I can toggle elements on/off without hunting through an endless Outliner.
• Keep file size manageable—no huge, high-poly entourage that slows navigation.
• Provide two or three simple scene views per room so I can drop the file into LayOut or export quick renders.

I work mainly in SketchUp 2023, so please save in that version or note if you’re using something newer. When the file opens on my end I should be able to orbit smoothly, isolate layers easily and find every asset named sensibly. That will be the acceptance test.

If this sounds straightforward and you have a solid interior-design modeling portfolio, let’s get started—I’m ready to share the reference package today.
