Residential Home Bathroom Extension Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am looking for someone to help me complete a drawing submittal package for the City of Long Beach. I have already built out the room addition in SketchUp. I just need someone to create all the drawings in Layout and to stamp the drawings. Once complete I would like the full pdf stamped package along with the final Sketchup and Layout files for my records. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential architecture and be able to provide accurate and precise drawings.
The remodel includes :
1. A 17’x8’ room addition with a bathroom and closet for the Master Bedroom (raised foundation and modification to existing load bearing wall)
2. A modification to an existing load bearing wall to accommodate a new window
3. Curved awnings over all the doors an windows, 9 total
4. A 30ft long x 7ft tall block wall (extension of existing side fence)
5. A block wall retrofit with a gate (modification of back fence)
6. A Hallway divider wall and closet expansion for Guest Bedroom (modification to existing load bearing wall)
7. MEP design complete with duct design and Title 24 compliant energy plan (relocate existing roof mounted HVAC unit)

Architectural Elevation/Section Plans
Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Plans:
