Residential Exterior Landscape SketchUp Model
Budget: $60 – $100 AUD
I need a SketchUp model that captures the full exterior of two houses,need interior walls and door too (unit1 and unit 2) together with its immediate landscape.
The goal is to iterate façade treatments, roof massing, hard-scape, soft-scape, and site grading before committing anything to construction documents, so accuracy and clean organization are essential.
Please import the DWG at true scale, build the house shell to match the dimensions, then develop the terrain, driveway, patio, retaining walls, planting beds, and any major trees visible in the DWG files.
Layer and group elements logically for easy on/off control (e.g., House, Hardscape, Planting, Furniture). Real-world materials and textures are helpful but keep file size reasonable.
Deliverables
• Native .skp file (SketchUp 2022 or later) with organized tags/layers.
Acceptance criteria
• All primary dimensions as per the DWG plan files
• Terrain matches spot elevations in the survey
• File opens without missing textures or purgeable geometry
