Residential Architectural Design for Uni Assignment
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need an architectural design for a residential construction project as part of my university assignment.
Using a photographic image of your chosen domestic property which will be included within your technical drawing for reference purposes and be clearly marked to indicate where the section is taken through, create one A3 scale (Part) sectional drawing and three larger details (foundations / ground floor, first floor junction with external wall and eaves detail) to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the exterior construction of a low-rise domestic property. This is to then be uploaded as a single A3 PDF document.
The external Part section of the property is to include well annotated details of the following construction elements:
Foundations and Ground floor slab
External wall construction (Ground & First floor) as they may differ at each level.
Ground floor and first floor door or window construction
First floor construction at wall joint
Roof construction at eaves
