Rendered Images from SketchUp Model

3D Visualizer (Lumion or D5 Render) — Render From Existing SketchUp Model


I am looking for a skilled 3D visualizer proficient in Lumion or D5 Render to complete a rendering project (300 sqft only ) . I already have a complete SketchUp (.skp) model, which I will provide along with a mood board. ( Pls refer to the attached image as reference )

Your task is to:
• Import my SketchUp model
• Apply the theme/style based on the mood board I provide (the render should exactly match the theme i had provided )
• Adjust the entire color palette to match the theme
• Add materials, lighting, environment, and details for a high-quality, realistic output
• Produce final rendered images
• Deliver all source files (Lumion or D5 Render project file + updated .skp)
• I can provide the .dwg of plan if needed.

Requirements
• Strong experience in Lumion or D5 Render
• Ability to work with SketchUp (.skp)
• Good sense of materials, lighting, and color matching
• Ability to follow a mood board and achieve consistency
• Must be able to meet a tight deadline (delivery by today night)

Deliverables
• Final rendered images in high quality. ( interior and exterior)
• Updated SketchUp model
• Full source project files (Lumion or D5 Render)
