Refine Kitchen & Utility Layout

I already have working drawings that cover a kitchen, butler’s pantry, laundry and an adjoining powder room. They are about 90 % resolved, yet I can feel the circulation and storage could sing a little louder.

Here’s what I need:

• Review my current PDF/DWG plans and identify any pinch points in traffic flow, bench space and appliance placement.
• Propose one or two alternative layouts (annotated and dimensioned) that improve spacing and day-to-day workflow.
• Keep the aesthetic consistent with a Weatherboard Aussie home that embraces a sophisticated, neutral-toned interior—think clean lines rather than ultra-minimal, with subtle elegance woven through cabinetry and finishes.
• Call out smart storage ideas for the pantry, laundry hampers and powder-room vanity so everything has its place.
• Supply the revised plans as PDFs and native files (SketchUp, AutoCAD or similar) plus a short design rationale explaining why each tweak works better.
