Photorealistic SketchUp House Exterior Render

I have a fully modeled house in SketchUp and need a high-quality photorealistic rendering. I have photos of the house like it looks today, and a Sktechup model with the house after it has been modernized. The final image should capture a pleasant afternoon ambiance—warm sunlight, soft shadows, and natural reflections—to convey how the building will truly feel at that time of day.

You will receive the .skp file and photos of the house.

* High-resolution output suitable for print and online presentation.
* Renders taken from the same camere angles as the photos.
* I want renders that is based on Scene 9 and Scene 6 in the model (two variants of the house)
* Use the photos attached to get the correct backgrounds
* Remove snow. Renders should look like summer / spring.
